Booking and cancellation
A service is confirmed in writing: the dates, the menu and the price are agreed before anything is committed.
The price covers my service. Provisions and front-of-house staff are invoiced separately and settled at the end of the meal. Travel costs apply beyond a certain distance.
The detailed conditions — deposit, cancellation, postponement — are not published yet.
04
Intellectual property
The texts, the menus, the photographs and the Brazier on Fire mark are mine. The biography and the menu descriptions are my own writing.
Reproducing any of it, in whole or in part, needs my written agreement.
05
What the site does and does not promise
The menus shown are examples. Every menu is written for one table and confirmed in writing before the service; what the market has on the day can change an ingredient.
Photographs are illustrative. Prices depend on the dates, the number of covers and the island, and are given in the written reply rather than here.

Personal data
The enquiry form is the only place this site handles personal data. What happens to it is set out in full in the privacy policy.

Governing law
This site, and the services described on it, are governed by French law. Failing an amicable settlement, any dispute goes before the competent courts.
