About me
Bruno Brazier
The discipline of haute cuisine, the spirit of the islands.
Bruno Brazier brings three decades of Michelin-trained precision and international hotel experience to your table.
I am Bruno Brazier, a private chef originally from Burgundy, a region renowned for its gastronomic heritage and prestigious culinary houses. Coming from a family lineage of chefs, my journey began in a Michelin-starred Parisian kitchen, where I mastered the elegance, precision, and discipline of French haute cuisine.
My path then took me abroad, where I joined the prestigious Le Méridien Hotel chain and embarked on a journey across the globe. From the Middle East to the United States and then to Guadeloupe, each destination shaped my vision, exposing me to culturally diverse cuisine that celebrates local spices, ingredients, and traditions, always elevated by the excellence of French culinary expertise.
Finally, it was in Saint-Martin, my favorite and most welcoming island, that I settled down. I continued my career there with the Radisson Blu, RIU Palace, and Hyatt chains, serving a discerning international clientele accustomed to excellence.
I have now chosen to bring all of this experience together as a private chef, allowing me to offer a truly personalized culinary experience and fully satisfy the expectations of a high-end clientele.

Guests
Bruno cooked six nights running and never repeated a dish. He went to the market each morning, asked what our children would actually eat, and by the third evening they were the ones asking him for the plantain.

We booked the dinner show for my husband’s fiftieth. The fire went up on the terrace between the main course and dessert, and nobody sat back down. No restaurant was going to give us that evening.

Three stays, three menus, the same care each time. Two allergies and a vegetarian at the table, handled without any of it ever becoming the subject of the evening. We book him before we book the villa now.
